Corporate Brochure Design for James Cook Institute Upskilling Courses

Open corporate brochure with bold color arcs; shows professionals reading a document with the slogan 'Discover Your Potential With Us'

James Cook Institute provides professional development and upskilling courses for corporate individuals, teams and companies. They needed a set of corporate brochure design materials to promote their course offerings clearly while maintaining a polished and professional brand image.

Two open brochures with blue and yellow accents lie on a white surface, showing glossy pages and layout designs used for marketing materials.

For this corporate brochure design project, the brochures had to follow the existing James Cook Institute brand guide closely. The goal was to create a consistent visual system using their brand colours, clean layouts, structured content blocks and professional imagery, so that every brochure would look like part of the same corporate set.

A key requirement for this project was to design individual course brochures as single A4 flyers. These had to be created in PowerPoint so the client could edit the content internally whenever course details, dates or pricing changed. Although PowerPoint is not typically used as a professional design software, the layout was carefully built to keep the brochures sleek, editable and visually aligned with the main corporate brochure.

The final result was a cohesive set of corporate brochure design materials that helped James Cook Institute present its upskilling courses in a clear, organised and professional way. The brochures worked both as polished marketing collateral and practical editable templates, giving the client flexibility while still maintaining strong brand consistency.
