Kuo Chuan Presbyterian’s much-anticipated annual school concert required a suite of promotional materials that captured the spirit and creativity of the students. The project began with designing social media banners and web banners to build excitement and awareness for the event. Once the key visual was finalized, it was seamlessly translated into the programme booklet design to maintain consistent branding across all concert collateral.
A special element of this project was incorporating a tree painting created by the students involved in the concert. Working closely with the teacher in charge, I integrated this meaningful artwork into the design, using notepad paper backgrounds and pencil sketch illustrations to create a relatable, authentic feel that reflected the student community’s involvement.
This project showcases my skills in event collateral design, from digital marketing assets to print materials, all while working collaboratively with educators and schools. I focus on creating designs that are both visually engaging and meaningful to the audience, ensuring every piece supports the event’s success.
